Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you fail to give 24 hour notice that you are needing to cancel or reschedule your appt you will be charged the full appointment amount. We do not offer a refund under any circumstances. To avoid disappointment, please attend your appointment on time.

if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule. Every effort will be made to reschedule your appointment at the first available date.
